WHAT PRINTING METHOD IS USED ?

We use Hahnemühle Photo Rag fine art paper because it is the best. Made from 100% cotton, this acid-free fine art paper is an ideal way to combine modern digital images with the craftsmanship of genuine artist papers made in a traditional way. Hahnemühle Photo Rag meets the highest standards of color range, depth, contrast, rendering and color gradation and the matte finish makes it ideal for viewing image detail from any angle. To finish the process, the print is inspected for accuracy, allowed to dry, sprayed for protection, manually cut, packaged and shipped.

DO THE IMAGES ON MY MONITOR ACCURATELY RELECT THE PRINTS?

Because computer monitors are lit from behind, and colors may vary from monitor to monitor, what you see on your monitor may be slightly different from the print that you receive.  However, please know that the print you receive is exactly the color, brightness, and saturation that we have intended.  Also, please note that print sizes are not all proportionally the same. For that reason, Eventide Collective  reserves the right to crop images in order to best suit the appropriate size of the frame order. If you have a concern about how your image may be cropped, please email hello@eventidecollective.com. 


DO YOU OFFER FRAMING?

We have partnered with Simply Framed to custom frame our prints. Details of the frames include:


+Wooden frame UV-shielding plexiglass, which protects against about 89% of UV rays and 92% of   light transmission
+Custom cut acid-free 4-ply white mats with beveled edges
+Archival acid-free foam core backing
+Protective paperback finish
+Wall bumpers
+Hanging hardware + nails
+Hanging and care instructions

Once you place your order, your print is made to order and shipped directly to Simply Framed to be hand-framed by the experts. Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for your delivery.

Please note that framing is not available for P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or international countries with the exception of Canada.


WHAT MATTING OPTIONS DO YOU OFFER FOR FRAMED PRINTS?

1) Mat is our most common style because of its classic look and ability to make smaller prints a bit larger on your wall. We recommend this style when framing prints that are 16x24" and smaller.  The mats are custom cut with beveled edges and are 1.5" to 3" all around.


2) No Mat, or “Full Bleed” as we call it, simply means that there is no mat between the print and the frame. We recommend this style for larger scale prints of 16x24" and up.  This is the only style available for 30x45" prints.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY PRINT?

We typically ship unframed prints 7 business days from the time of payment.  Occassionally, due to a large volume of sales, it could take longer.  Please add an additional 2-3 weeks for framed prints.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All unframed domestic orders are shipped via UPS and take an average of 2-5 business days from the date of shipment depending on the destination.  Eventide Collective also offers expedited shipping options at checkout.  Please allow an additional 2-3 weeks for framed prints.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
All unframed international orders are shipped via USPS. This service does NOT offer tracking, is insured, and may exceed a month.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING—DELAYS, VERIFICATION, DUTIES AND FEES
Customers are responsible for all international customs and duty fees. These are in addition to, and not included in, the cost of shipping and are incurred at the time of delivery. We are not able to calculate how much these fees might be, should they occur. You should inquire with your local customs agency for more information and assistance in this area. Returns will not be accepted due to customs fees. We are not able to mark items as "gift."

Eventide Collective is not responsible for any duty/taxes charges you may incur at the time of receipt of your order; as the buyer, these fees may be charged to you when your package arrives, and are beyond our control.

CAN SEE THE PRINTS IN PERSON?

Currently, we exclusively sell our prints online.  In the future, we may offer them at select retailers. Interested stockiest please contact us at hello@eventidecollective.com.


DO YOU LICENSE THESE IMAGES?

 Please contact the artist directly if you are interested in licensing any of the images.


DO YOU OFFER RETURNS?

All pieces are made to order and therefore sales are final.


WHAT IF MY PRINT ARRIVES DAMAGED?

From time to time, a print might become damaged during shipping. Please contact us and we will gladly replace it for you.
